• Verification of AC operation, thermostat settings, water softener, water heater, and garage door opener functionality.

• Confirmation of refrigerator and freezer functionality.

• Investigation of any unusual noises, alarms, beeps, or odors.

• Ensuring the security system is fully operational.

• In case of a power outage, resetting appliances, circuit breakers, and automatic timers.

• Checking and replacing owner-supplied light bulbs.
